You’ve heard the phrase “Thank God it’s Friday” (TGIF). Many of us live for the weekend or whenever we have off. We grin and bear our work, with little peace and joy. We can’t wait until our chores are finished so we can rest. But we can have a REST and PEACE even as we work. Work was created by God. It’s a good thing. There is a place in our core that wants to be productive, to have vision, to accomplish, to do good, to contribute in some way to the world in which we live. Even changing diapers is part of that! And PEACE can surround and saturate our work. Work in PEACE today!
