Can God effect a cure for all the disharmony and disorder in our lives? Can He do everything He has promised in His Word or has spoken to our hearts? We need to believe that He can and will, even when we don’t see it. Romans 4 says of Abraham that “In hope against hope he believed” (NASB 1995). Now that’s a bit confusing, isn’t it!? “In hope against hope.” What??? When there was no hope in the natural – according to the world we live in, according to the normal way of things, according to everything that Abraham could see with his physical eyes – PRAISE THE LORD, he still had hope! And God followed through with exactly what He had promised. That’s what we need to do today. Bring everything to the Lord and KNOW that He is capable and willing, even WORKING THIS VERY DAY for His glory and our good. God can faithfully lead us. Be faithfully led today!
