“Keep your spirit life calm and unruffled. Nothing else matters.” This is a quote from God Calling (link in Description). Does that sound impossible to you? We live in a complex, chaotic, crisis-filled world. Years ago we didn’t have technological access to all the latest news and weren't overrun with texts, emails and the latest offer to everything under the sun. Life was DEFINITELY more SIMPLE. We paid our rent/mortgage, electric, phone and heat bills. By check. We didn’t have multiple options to choose from like we do now. Even the grocery store shelves weren’t so full of this and that, and health gurus weren’t around every corner promoting conflicting roads to health. Just sayin. Life was simpler. Even relationships are more complex. Mine, yours, ours. Here, there. The school week, the weekend. Court battles. Schools that push anti-biblical ideas. It’s a crazy world. Governments that cannot be trusted. You get the picture. Is it even possible to keep calm and unruffled? I fall short at times, but the devotional I’ll be reading from today says it’s possible! I trust you will be blessed. Keep calm and unruffled with me!
